Terms of Service

These terms apply to AudioDrama (audiodrama.hueflo.com), operated by hueflo.com (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. The service

AudioDrama turns scripts you write into multi-voice audio. Speech is generated by a third-party text-to-speech model (Fish Audio’s Drama 3, through its API). Audio is AI-generated and may contain mistakes in pronunciation or delivery.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google through Supabase. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

3. Your scripts and the audio

You keep ownership of the scripts you write. We don’t claim rights to the audio generated from them. You are responsible for your scripts and for having all the rights needed to use them, including any rights in text you copy from others. Generated audio is subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model provider.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use AudioDrama to:

• clone or imitate the voice of any real person without their consent, or try to make audio sound like a specific real person;
• impersonate a person or organization, or deceive people into thinking generated audio is a real recording;
• commit fraud, scams or phishing, including voice-based social engineering;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or create hateful content targeting people for who they are;
• create sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• present misinformation as real news, real statements or real events;
• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service or its API.

We may remove content, refuse to generate audio, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and may report unlawful content to the authorities.

5. Credits and payments

New accounts receive 2 free minutes once. You can buy credit packs (currently $9 for 60 minutes and $29 for 240 minutes, in USD). Credits are a one-time purchase, are non-transferable, and do not expire. Credits are used according to the length of the audio generated (rounded up to the second) or the length of the script, whichever is greater: 1 second of credit per 15 bytes of script text, including directions (about 15 English characters). A hold is reserved from your balance while a generation runs and the unused part is returned; failed generations are fully refunded. Payments are handled by Creem, which acts as merchant of record; Creem’s terms apply to the transaction and we don’t see or store your card details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Creem’s refund policy and the consumer laws that apply to you. Used credits generally can’t be refunded. If a generation fails and credits were taken, or if you were charged by mistake, contact support@hueflo.com and we will correct it.

7. Availability and “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audio will be suitable for your purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may change the service, prices for future purchases, or these terms. We will update the date above; if you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. Credits you have already bought keep their value.
