Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AudioDrama (audiodrama.hueflo.com, operated by hueflo.com) collects and why.

What we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Google through Supabase, we store your email address and a user id. We don’t receive your Google password.
• Your content: the scripts you submit and the audio generated from them, along with your credit balance and purchase history.
• Usage analytics: we use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and general usage. It doesn’t use cookies to track you across sites.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, generate and store your audio, track credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We don’t sell your data.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Scripts, account records and credits are kept in Cloudflare D1, and generated audio in Cloudflare R2.
• Supabase handles sign-in.
• Fish Audio: the text of your script is sent to Fish Audio’s API to generate speech. Don’t put secrets or personal data in scripts. Fish Audio’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.
• Creem is the merchant of record for payments. It collects payment details and billing information; we don’t see card data. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your account id.
• Umami receives anonymous usage data.

Retention and deletion

Scripts and audio are kept until you delete them from your library; deleting erases the script and the audio, but a minimal usage record (timestamp, size and credits charged, no content) is kept for billing and abuse prevention. Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as needed for accounting and legal obligations. To delete your account and data, email support@hueflo.com from the address you signed in with.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some processing. Email us and we will help.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and your library is only available to your signed-in account. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

AudioDrama is not intended for children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
